In order to assign individuals to specific rooms, room reservations will be required. Please dial (717) 533-3311 or (800) 533-3131 on or before August 23, 2009 and identify yourself as part of our group (ACCN, or use group code APP0923). You will need to provide your name, type of room needed, and your check-in and check-out dates.
Credit card information is required at this time to which one night’s room and tax will be charged as a deposit. Any requests for special room arrangement must be made at the time of this call. Guest accommodations will be available after 4:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 AM on departure day.
